PHIL KREILING
Interim Lead Pastor
Phil joined FAR in October 2025. He has over 30 years of pastoral experience and has been a great “father figure” for our church! He, along with his wife Shary, have brought stability as we look for our next lead pastor.
KEVIN ASHCRAFT
Office Admin & Deacon
Kevin serves in a variety of roles, including being Vice-President of the Leadership Team. He also oversees much of the day-to-day activity of FAR, including media, communications, and finances.
BEN & MICHELLE GEMMER
Worship Ministry & Board Member
Ben serves on our Leadership Team, and along with his wife Michelle lead worship each week. Having grown up in FAR, they’re an integral part of our church!
KIM GEMMER
Board Member & BON Leader
Kim is the secretary for our Leadership Team and is also the heart behind our main outreach ministry, Brightness Of Noon. BON ministers to the area homeless community, and Kim’s passion drives the ministry.
BEN WEISS
Deacon
Ben has been a part of FAR since 1983! He’s been part of FAR leadership for several decades and provides valuable wisdom and insight! Ben’s experience as a sound engineer comes in handy, as he runs the in-house sound every Sunday.
BILL HOWARD
Deacon
Bill not only sings on our worship team but also teaches adult bible study every Sunday morning at 9 a.m. He’s a gifted teacher with a heart for discipleship!
